Kualifikasi

1. Maximum 45 years old
2. At least Bachelor in any field
3. Experience minimum 3 years in similar position
4. Proven experience as a Training Development Manager or similar position
5. Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Visio
6. Successfully designs, develops, and manages complex programs
7. Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skill
8. Leadership, analytical thinking, and problem solving skill
9. Well organized and detail oriented
10. Will be based in Makassar

Tanggung Jawab

1. Assess Training Needs Analysis based in all department
2. Design Training Method based on organizational goals
3. Create and Design Training Syllabus and Module with different levels
4. Create budgets for all costs associated with training, and write detailed reports to justify expenditures for reporting to company management
5. Build annual and monthly training program and prepare training plans to maximize the monthly outcome
6. Monitor training activities to ensure they are relevant and effective
7. Review and Evaluate Training impact in particular level
8. Developing Organizational Talent-Developing member’s skill and competencies by planning effective development activities related to current and future positions and needs.
