Kualifikasi

1. Maximum age 29 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree of Psychology
3. Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year of working experience
4. Familiar with Psychological test and processing the result
5. Self motivated, adaptable, and able to work independent or in a team 
6. Good communication, good interpersonal skill, target oriented
7. Proficient in operating Ms. Office and other digital technologies.
8. Will be based in Makassar, South Sulawesi

Tanggung Jawab

1. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using social media, job portal, etc
2. Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles 
3. Sourcing candidates from databases as well as through direct approaches.
4. Conduct Psychological test and behavioral Interview for candidates
5. Make Psychological reports
6. Update Employee database
7. Assisting the required administration process of employees assessment 
8. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing diverse sourcing channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
9. Building relationship with external parties, such as university, school, partnerts, or stakeholders, requires effective communication, trust building, and collaboration
